Merit System

To help students with their inappropriate behavior, we follow a merit system where we talk to students one-on-one and motivate them to inculcate good behavior and habits. Appropriate behavior is rewarded. Each student receives a status and privileges according to a standard program.

Premiere Educational Services

CSA along with Premier Educational Services conducts a series of professional seminars that are to be attended by both students and parents. These seminars have proved to be very effective to bridge the gap between parents and students. They deal with critical issues like accountability, honesty, integrity, trust, choices, responsibility, anger and especially self-esteem. These Parent/Child seminars are designed to assist each family in rebuilding and strengthening the family unit.

CSA also conducts Daily Personal Development and Emotional Growth Courses that are an important part of development program.
